Ascension Flight shall be governed by an Executive Committee composed of a President, Vice-President of Youth, Vice-President of Operations, Vice-President of Administration, Vice-President of Properties, Vice-President of Education and Training, Recreational Commissioner, and Competitive Commissioner. A representative of the soccer referees’ Club will be invited to attend all Board meetings as a non-voting member to act as a liaison between Ascension Flight and the referees. Dual office holding is not permitted. All positions on the Executive Committee shall be voluntary and members thereof shall not receive any compensation for such position, except shirts identifying the member.
