First Flight

Program Overview

The focus of our First Flight program is to help develop children's gross motor skills through fun journey based games while providing an introduction to the basics of soccer. Children will be immersed in an environment of activities targeted to develop/strengthen their muscles, improve their balance and coordination through ball skills, and enjoying activities along with their friends.

There are ten (10) individual developmental sessions; five (5) in the Fall Season and five (5) in the Spring Season on each of the following Saturdays below. There are NO GAMES in this program as we direct our focus on FUNdemental activities for boys & girls in this birth-year. Any players born in 2022 are NOT allowed to 'play-up' in our Recreational League, no exceptions. The players will be split into small groups at the beginning of each session and we encourage parents to participate in all activities, where and when needed.

When registering in the Fall this automatically enrolls each participant for the Spring with no additional fee. Any registrations during the Spring will be for the number of sessions that are left in the program.

All players to purchase one First Flight Jersey as part of the program. 

First Flight Jerseys can be collected at Third Coast Soccer. When Jerseys are collected, please inform the member of staff that you are part of the First Flight program and NOT the Recreational League.

All Jerseys must be Blue and have the ‘Percy Law’ sponsorship on the front. Players are not required to get numbers on the back of their jersey as this program does not include games.
